Weekly In-Person CLasses at Wellness In Motion

Monday 7:00pm: Feel Good Flow - an intermediate, vinyasa based flow that gets you moving, breathing, and celebrating your body.

Tuedsay 6:30pm: Intermediate Slow Flow - an intermediate level class, focusing on building strength through using your own body weight and balance through various standing and seated poses. Moving more slowly and mindfully than in a typical vinyasa class.

Wednesday 12:00: Feel Good Flow
