Location: Penn Roosevelt Lodge, 4021 Thickhead Road, Centre Hall, Pennsylvania 16828
Located in the Rothrock State Forest, Seven Mountains region in Centre County, Penn Roosevelt is accessible from US 322. One-half mile east of Potters Mills, turn south onto Crowfield Road and drive for six miles to Penn Roosevelt State Park. The facility is located just above the Park.
Options for Your stay
Tent Camping: There are plenty of beautiful areas to set up your tent on-site, as well as at Penn Roosevelt State Park, just a short walk away from the lodge. If opting to stay at the park, please indicate that on your registration form, as the retreat planners will need to reserve the campsites. There are 18 sites available at the park.
Upper Level Bunk Room (Air Conditioned): Okay, we know this isn’t the most inviting photo, but the retreat planners will arrive on site a few days prior to place privacy dividers between the bunks and situate the room so it doesn’t look like a horror flick. Female retreat attendess only can reserve a bunk. There are 16 available. There are restrooms downstairs in the lodge.
Private Cabin: The ultimate summer camp experience. There are 5 bunk beds, so you can have a landing spot for all of your belongings on the top or bottom bunk, and sleep on the other. Reserved as a group. 5 people maximum. There is no restroom in the cabin, but it’s a short walk to the lodge.
Retreat Pricing:
Pricing includes all programing and vegan meals provided by Elaine Wilgus of Webster’s Bookstore Cafe. (Friday dinner, all meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast.) Adults 18+ only. Alcohol-free property
Tent Camping: $375 per person
Upstairs Bunkhouse (air conditioned): $475 per person
Private Cabin for up to 5 people: $2500 (only one available)
Saturday Day Pass (meals included): $250 per person
